Luke 18:18-27

SERMON NOTES

Speaker: Doug Heidebrecht

Salvation is not something we can earn—it is only possible through a relationship with God made available by Jesus.

Luke 18:9-14 – The Pharisee and the Tax Collector

Luke 18:15-17 – The Little Children

Luke 18:18-30 – The Rich Ruler

Luke 18:35-43 – The Blind Man

Luke 19:1-10 – The Rich Tax Collector

Reflective Questions: What might you be holding onto that keeps you from fully trusting and following Jesus? Do you relate more to the rich ruler’s self-reliance or the blind man’s desperate dependence? How does seeing salvation as a gift from God change the way you live and share your faith?

Why Give?

When we give, we're supporting His work. It is an act of worship for His generosity and all that He has given to us.

If you're visiting us, please do not feel obligated to give. We mainly rely on the support of those who call Ross Road Community Church their home.
