Pray about it: What difficult circumstance are you experiencing in life right now? Through humility and prayer, approach God and ask Him how He wants to use this circumstance to strengthen your spiritual muscles.

No one likes to be disciplined, yet good parents bring discipline to their children as needed to strengthen them for the future. God, our perfect Father, uses hardship in our lives as discipline so we will be spiritually strengthened.

Keep Running!

The Christian life is compared to a marathon that one needs endurance to complete. The writer of Hebrews gives us great advice and encouragement about how we can do that well.
