Junior Leadership Program

This May, our youth ministry will be rolling out a Junior Leadership Program! This program is intended for High School students 15+ who are interested in joining the team next fall; it will provide participants with the opportunity to join a fully-fledged team and observe experienced leaders in May and June. This experience will help aspiring leaders establish a knowledge base and skill set that will prepare them for the day that they lead a group of their own.
