At Ross Road we don’t believe that one size fits all; therefore, you will find a variety of different forms of small groups. Some groups meet weekly; other groups meet bi-weekly. Some groups follow a sermon-based study approach; others study topics that are pertinent and timely to the members of the group. Some groups are demographic based (people in a similar stage of life) and other groups are intergenerational. With that said, there are three distinct elements that you will find in each group.
Our three L’s of small groups:
Love – As we gather together we want to experience the love of our fellow believers as they share the up and down journey of life. Stated simply we care for each other.
Learn – We believe that our lives are transformed as we allow God’s Spirit to speak to us through his Word and we recognize that often this happens in the context of sharing together with other people.
Look Outward – Our groups’ value and look for opportunities to serve with the church and also look for ways to be a light to the community around us.
