Application for the position of Lead Pastor
We pray that God will gift us with discernment to recognize the Lead Pastor He has chosen for this chapter of our journey. As a church we have recently completed a ReFocusing Process to gain understanding of how God has led us in the past, where we believe His Spirit is leading us now, and how He is directing us to fulfill that vision together.
This process was designed to help us experience a spiritual, collective and organizational renewal. We are now better equipped to review and discern together who the Lord has been preparing to lead us in that calling.
